Return & Refund Policy

At Arthur & June, every order is carefully checked before shipping. We aim to deliver products in excellent condition.

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and returned with their original packaging where possible. Used, worn or customer-damaged items are not eligible for voluntary returns.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable once shipped, except where required by law.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

All products are inspected before shipment. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us promptly after delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Minor cosmetic variations or normal wear and tear are not automatically considered defects. Each case is reviewed individually. We generally offer a free replacement as our preferred solution. Refunds remain available where appropriate or required by law.

Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly. Cancellation requests must be submitted before fulfillment begins. Once processing has started, cancellation cannot be guaranteed. This does not affect any cancellation rights required by law.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, generally within 10 business days. Returns must be arranged through our customer support team before being shipped. Please do not return products without receiving return instructions.

Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to carriers, customs or circumstances outside our control. We will assist with shipping issues and honor applicable cancellation and refund rights.
